We built this because
we needed it ourselves.

Seilfi started inside Lynott Jewellery — a multi-location Irish jewellery brand. We couldn't find software that did what we actually needed. So we built it.

Before Seilfi

Six stores. Shopify. Google Sheets. WhatsApp.
And a best guess.

Like most retail businesses, we ran on a combination of Shopify, Google Sheets, and institutional memory. None of it understood how a multi-location physical retailer actually operates.

The old way

Stock counts by hand on a clipboard, transferred to a spreadsheet, compared manually against the system. Every month. Hours per store.

Management visibility

Meant calling the store manager and asking how things were going.

Seilfi — The Turning Point

The turning point

The scale changed everything.

The moment we started counting jewellery by weight instead of manually, the daily stock take went from something the team avoided to something they finished before their first coffee. Eight minutes per store. That single insight — weigh, don't count — is what Seilfi is built around.

Everything in Seilfi exists so your team never has to count stock by hand again.

What we believe

Stock accuracy is a systems problem, not a people problem.

1

Accuracy should be automatic, not aspirational

The audit takes 8 minutes because staff will do it before their shift starts.

2

Cash tied up in the wrong stock is cash that could be working

Every pound in an overstock PO is a pound not available for something better.

3

The best system is the one your team actually uses

Because it takes less time than not using it.

Built inside retail. Designed for it.
