What is Seilfi?
Inventory management software for retail and warehouse businesses. Eliminates manual stock counting, tells you exactly what you have across every location, and helps you buy only what you need.
How does Seilfi improve cash flow?
Cover timeline shows weeks of stock per SKU at current sell rate — so you stop reordering things you already have. The PO engine checks for reclaimable surplus before triggering a reorder.
The daily audit
Does Seilfi require manual stock counting?
No. Seilfi counts by weight. Staff place items on a precision scale; the app divides total weight by unit weight. 20 SKUs in 8 minutes. The same items by hand: 45–60 minutes.
What happens when a count doesn't match?
Seilfi adjusts Shopify automatically on submission. Flagged items go to head office with the auditor's comment. Managers can resolve or dismiss each with a recorded outcome.
Shopify integration
How does Seilfi connect to Shopify?
Via Shopify OAuth — same process as any Shopify app. Authorise once in Settings. Setup takes under 5 minutes.
Do I need Shopify to use Seilfi?
No. The Seilfi Web App runs standalone. Shopify integration unlocks automatic stock sync and native transfers — but all other features work independently.

How long does setup take?
Shopify connection: under 5 minutes. Full configuration takes a few hours — most of it incrementally during the first week of normal use.
Can we trial Seilfi before committing?
Yes. We'll run a guided trial against your live Shopify store — real results with your actual products, not dummy data.
Is there a mobile app?
Seilfi is fully usable on mobile via browser — audit, scanning, and stock take tools are all optimised for mobile. A native app is on the roadmap.
