Where services are provided under a subscription or commercial agreement, fees, billing arrangements and payment terms will be set out separately within your proposal, quotation or service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seilfi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our website, platform or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer during the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

Seilfi may integrate with or rely upon third-party platforms, including ecommerce, POS, fulfilment or cloud service providers. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services where these Terms have been breached, unlawful activity is suspected, or continued access presents a security or operational risk.

Both parties agree to treat confidential business information as confidential and not disclose such information to third parties except where required by law.
